You know I am a huge fan of Christmas, I always have been. I am not talking about the consumerism and crazy spending frenzy every year, I talk about that magical feeling of Christmas, feeling festive and spending the time with your loved ones. One of the best ways to bring that feeling into your home is by creating a bit of that Christmas magic yourself. I love looking through Pinterest and social media for some inspiration and I absolutely love seeing amazing projects people are sharing. What’s even more exciting is that these are simple crafts, centrepieces or decorations are simple so that anyone can do them too! All you need is a little bit of inspiration from some of my favourite creators and bloggers.

Christmas tree decorations
I absolutely loved creating Christmas tree decorations and through the years I have made quite a few. Unfortunately with the home renovation, I have not had much time to create the Christmas magic recently, but I am looking forward to catching up with some projects soon. I hope you will enjoy my creations throughout the years as well as some of my favourite projects I have seen online.

air clay project pallet project
Fran from Fall for DIY has the most amazing projects on her blog and her instagram page. There were so many projects to choose from and I absolutely love this Christmas star ornament.
Viral Christmas tension rod garland hack
You’ve probably seen this tension rod hack everywhere by now. I keep saying I’m going to try it, but there’s always another job waiting in the house. Jen from Crack the Shutters created the most beautiful version of it and I absolutely love it.
Christmas wreath
Melanie is the queen of Seasonal decor. Melanie’s blog and Instagram are full of beautiful ideas and I really enjoy following her work. If you are looking for fresh ideas to bring seasonal cheer into your home, Melanie’s page is a must-follow! This Christmas wreath is so beautiful and thanks to Melanie’s tutorial you can make one yourself.
Christmas table
When I came across Amanda’s post, I thought this is just so amazing and creative! Can’t find the table cloth you love, why not paint it yourself? Head over to Amanda’s instagram to see this gorgeous creation!
Christmas bows
Bows are everywhere this year, the bigger the better some say! I loved Chelsea’s sophisticated tree last year and she has an easy tutorial you can follow to re-create the viral look at home.
For a simple DIY bow, Leah demonstrates that you don’t need to spend money to follow the big trends. With a touch of creativity, she transformed an ordinary scarf into a gorgeous festive piece.
Christmas crackers
Ditch the conventional Christmas crackers that are filled with useless plastic toys, which will end up in the landfill and create something meaningful instead. Isatu has the best tutorial for DIY napkin crackers.
Will you try any of these?
