Easy DIY pom pom Christmas decoration

Today I am sharing with you a very easy DIY Christmas ornament.  I absolutely love making Christmas decorations and have made many decorations over the years. You may remember my ‘controversial‘ rice ornament  and the angel wings ornament I did last year. This year I decided to make a cute pom pom decoration to match our white & silver Christmas tree.

I have decided to start a tradition in our home by making or buying at least one new decoration each year.

This year I decided to make a cute little pom pom decoration.   I used a round bauble and some white tinsel pom poms I got in a craft shop.

You can see similar ones here.   Please remember that the bauble will look bigger once all the pom poms are glued on so maybe use a smaller bauble.

 

Simply glue on the pom poms around the bauble using a glue gun.

I did like the ornament as it was, so I added a nice silver ribbon and thought I was done with it.

As I like sparkly things, I decided to add a little bling  by  cutting up some silver beads and gluing them in the gaps.

Super easy and quick DIY pom pom decoration is done.  What do you think?

They can also be used as table decorations or you could even make a cute Christmas tree.
