I love the story behind the UK brand TBCo. born in Edinburgh in 2014, they craft design-led home pieces using natural and recycled fibres, and proudly hold B-Corp certification. My pick from their collection is the Lambswool Blanket – Red Wave Jacquard, which features pure lambswool and a vibrant red and rose-pink wave pattern with fringed edges, perfect for wrapping up on the sofa after a day of DIY or renovation. I am obsessed with burgundy at the moment and absolutely fell in love with this. My birthday is this month by the way, just saying 🙂

Drinks
This month I wanted to highlight one of my favourite brands and coffee, which I have used myself for a while now and absolutely love. Their adaptogenic coffee blends are designed to give you focus and energy without the jitters or the crash – ideal if you love coffee but want something gentler on the nervous system. I’ve been enjoying their Selection Box, which lets you try a mix of blends depending on how you want to feel that day – calm, clear-headed or energised. A small ritual that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. My favourite is ZEN at the moment, but I like to mix them up depending on how I feel. Not sure which one to pick? Another one of my favourites is TRIP drinks. Before my health issues I enjoyed a glass of prosecco, cocktails and an odd glass of wine, but since my surgery I have been very careful about limiting alcohol intake and trying to find a drink that was not only alcohol free, but also tasted good, was good for the environment and satisfied the need for an “adult drink” without compromising my health journey. TRIP drinks do just that! Elderflower and mint is my current favourite, highly recommend if you want to have an “adult” drink which is alcohol free.
Beauty
Obvs Skincare is a UK-made, organic and vegan skincare brand that focuses on gentle, effective formulas with sustainability at the heart.
