Hi everyone and welcome to this month’s Fab Furniture Flippin’ Contest! I am so excited to show you this transformation using some fabulous products I have been introduced to !

This month we are concentrating on their amazing metallic cream and our theme is “BLING BLING!”

This month we also have a new and fabulous host Thea from Sweet Tea Refinishings who is joining the fabulous host you are already familiar with – Carrie from Thirty Eighth Street.
I love trying out new products and new paints, so jumped at a chance to take part this month I decided to ‘bling up’ this little side table using Country Chic all-in-one decor paint in Midnight Sky and Harmony and their metallic cream in Silver Bullet.
The paint was a pleasure to work with and I must warn you – once you have tried the metallic cream you will want to bling up everything!!!! I loved my little piece so much I decided to also paint a chair and upholstered it with matching shiny fabric! Here are the before pictures of the pieces I did.
As the theme is “Bling Bling!” I decided to bling up the little door knob I was going to use. It was gold colour, so I sanded it down and brushed with the metallic cream then added some sparkle by gluing on some crystals.. Match made in heaven!
I used the metallic cream over Harmony and it just worked like magic! It looks pearlescent now and adds that extra glamour, don’t you think?
So here is my ‘Bling Bling!’ beauty! What do you think?

The two pieces look amazing together and the paint really does look opalescent! I love how the metallic cream makes everything look so elegant!
